Important guidelines for a safe and fair platform
Welcome to Fundies! We want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease on the platform. That is why we maintain clear guidelines for behaviour, communication and offerings. There is plenty of room for fantasy, but respect is always the foundation. Follow these guidelines, and together we will keep Fundies safe, fair and discreet.

How do we keep it safe?
Respect is always the foundation
On Fundies there is room for imagination and personal preferences, but respect always comes first. Treat each other as you would like to be treated yourself, whether you are buying or selling. No inappropriate comments, no pressure and no unacceptable behaviour. That is how the platform remains a pleasant place for everyone.
Fair and clear offer
Sellers always describe their items honestly and completely. Use clear photos, a transparent price and relevant tags, so that buyers know exactly what they are getting. No misleading titles, no false promises and no hidden costs. Clarity builds trust and leads to faster, better sales.
Communication via the platform
All communication goes through Fundies. This keeps your data protected and allows us to mediate if something goes wrong. Avoid sharing personal contact details, social media or payment requests outside the platform. Do you have a question or are you concerned about something? Send a polite, clear message; that helps everyone get further.
Secure payment, exclusively via Fundies
Make all your payments through the platform. This way, you can be sure that your money ends up in the right place and that the seller is only paid out when everything has been properly finalised. Asking to pay in advance via Tikkie, PayPal, crypto or other channels outside Fundies is not permitted. Do you see it happen anyway? Report it to us.
Send anonymously and discreetly
Parcels are always sent in neutral packaging, without recognisable sender details or reference to the contents. Whether you ship via a parcel locker or via our post box, your personal data remains protected. This is how we keep it completely discreet for both buyer and seller, from order to delivery.
What is not permitted
A safe platform requires clear boundaries. Not allowed on Fundies are:
If you do not adhere to these guidelines, we may remove items, temporarily block your account or close it permanently. In the event of serious violations, we will report the matter to the police.
- fake accounts, fake profiles or multiple accounts per person
- items that have not been used by you or whose origin is unclear
- contact, content of items where minors are involved in any way
- payments or arrangements outside the platform
- harassment, threats, spam or unwanted DMs
- sharing other people's personal data
If you do not adhere to these guidelines, we may remove items, temporarily block your account or close it permanently. In the event of serious violations, we will report the matter to the police.

How do I report inappropriate behaviour or a suspicious profile?
Send us a message via the platform or email us at info@fundies.nl. Provide as much information as possible: profile name, screenshot, and what exactly happened. We treat every report confidentially and will respond as quickly as possible.
May I negotiate the price or make special requests?
Sure, that's allowed via the chat on Fundies. Keep it polite and respectful. A seller decides for themselves whether to accept a request. A “no” means a “no”; do not keep pushing it.
What if I don't receive my order or if it's incorrect?
First contact the seller via the chat. Can't you work it out together? Then we are ready to mediate. Because all payments go through Fundies, we can intervene when necessary.
