Shipping via Fundies

When you have sold a product via Fundies, it is important that
you send this to us, so that we can arrange the further shipment to the buyer.

We offer two shipping methods, depending on the size of the product: via a mailing envelope or in a box

Parcel locker

Simply choose a parcel locker near you at checkout. The seller will ship your order using a shipping label via the platform, keeping your personal details completely private.

As soon as the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code. When the parcel arrives at the parcel locker, you will get a unique code or QR code.

Scan this at the terminal and the locker will open automatically. You collect your parcel whenever it suits you, without contact with others.

Delivery to PO Box

If you choose letterbox shipping, your order will be sent directly to the address you provided. Your shipping details are required for this so that the package can be delivered correctly.

The seller will receive the information you provided solely for shipping purposes. There is no personal contact and everything goes through the platform.

With this shipping method, you will not receive a Track & Trace code. Please also note that letterbox post is entirely at your own risk.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the status of your parcel, from dispatch to delivery.

Via the carrier's link, you can see precisely where your parcel is and when you can expect it.

Whether you choose a parcel locker or home delivery, you always have visibility of the shipping process.

How does it work?

Shipping process

Put your item in a plastic sealable bag

Pack your item in a sealed plastic packaging before placing it in the mailing envelope. Place your item in a sturdy, well-sealed plastic packaging (such as a grip-seal bag or seal bag). This protects the product against moisture and damage during transit.

USE A PADDED ENVELOPE

Place the packaged item in a mailing envelope. Use a sturdy paper or bubble envelope to send your item. Do not use plastic bags or thin packaging that could tear during transit.

Important: Use a neutral mailing envelope, do not write Fundies or anything similar on it. Buyers think it is important that their order is delivered neutrally.

Print the address label

Print the address label and stick it to the front of the envelope. The shipping label is in your order. Can't you print? Then clearly copy the address details from the shipping label.

On the back of the dispatch envelope, you write our return address:

Stick the correct stamp(s) on

Depending on the weight of your parcel, you stick the correct number of stamps on the envelope: (always stick these in the designated place)

1 stamp – up to 50 grams (e.g. a pair of socks or a thong)
2 stamps – up to 100 grams (e.g. a pair of socks or a small underwear set)
3 stamps – between 100 and 250 grams (e.g. a larger set of clothing)

Post your envelope!

You don't need to go to a post office! Simply put the mailing envelope in your nearest postbox. The seller will receive the parcel within 1 to 2 working days.
